GENERAL INFORMATION
Prices are intended per person per day including half board, free entrance to the wellness centre and all included services for a stay of at least 2 nights. For stays of less than 2 nights there is an extra charge of 10%.
CHILD PRICES*
- children 0 - 3 years: free
- children 3 - 8 years: -60%
- children 8 - 12 years: -30%
Reductions valid for children in room with 2 full paying adults.
REDUCTIONS
- Room and breakfast (summer): - € 11 per person per day
- Room and breakfast (winter): - € 10 per person per day
- Reduction for adult in 3rd bed: -10%
SUPPLEMENTS
- Full board: + € 25 per person per day (on request)
- Double room for single use: + 30%
- Dogs of a small size (on request): € 8 per day (food excluded). They are only allowed access to your room. 1 dog per room. The rate includes a special room cleaning upon departure.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Prices do not include the tourist tax of € 1 per person per day up to and not exceeding 15 nights (children under the age of 12 are exempt).
- Rooms are available from 3pm and must be vacated by 10am.
- In case of late arrival, please contact us at +39 0433 66089 by 20:00 on the day of arrival.
- Bookings are deemed binding when confirmed by us on receipt of a deposit paid by bank transfer equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay.
Cancellation policy:
Winter 2024/25
- stays between 06.01 and 08.02; 09.03 and 16.03: free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival;
- stays between 06.12 and 26.12; 08.02 and 09.03: free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival;
- stays between 26.12. and 06.01: free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival.
Summer 2025:
- stays between 01.05 – 24.05; 23.09 – 02.11: free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival;
- stays between 24.05 – 02.08; 30.08 – 23.09: free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival;
- stays between 02.08 – 30.08: free cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival.
In case of cancellation after the specified deadline, 80% of the cost of the booked stay will be charged. In case of no show or early departure, 100% will be charged.
- Any meals not taken will not be refunded.
- The Hotel Bellavista is a NON-Smoking Hotel. Therefore it is absolutely forbidden to smoke in all areas, including the rooms.
- Dogs of a small size (max 10 kg), by previous consent by us, are normally accepted. We remind you that they must be kept on a lead at all times and may not enter the restaurant, bar, wellness centre and the terrace. The price includes additional cleaning of the room on departure.
